"The overall condition of the hotel is mediocre you can tell the property is showing its age, the hotel staff checking us in screwed us and put in the system we were a no-show when we checked in late afternoon, leading to us being charged twice for a two night stays multiple other guests came to our room as it was showing in the system no one was in the room, staff had to ask us multiples times late at night what we were doing there and we showed proof of our stay and check in time. Overall communication at this hotel is lackluster along with the overall experience. Would highly recommend any other property in the area, when on a vacation dealing with stress of a poorly ran hotel isn’t the vibe you want."

"The biggest problem for this property is the lack of an elevator. Fortunately, the staff helped taking luggage up the stairs. I returned to the site and there really is no indication of this in the description. I wouldn't have stayed had I known this. Overall the property is what you would expect, fairly clean, quiet and fairly well kept. But the lack of elevator is problematic."

"Parking was not an issue. Our room was clean. The shower was less than amazing, but it did the job. Minus spraying water all over the toilet. Our AC quit working on the second night. The room had no phone to call the front desk. The ice machine on our floor didn't work. The staff was very polite. It wasn't an awful stay. But some of the creature comforts were missing."

"The ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floor didn’t work. There wasn’t one on the 1st floor. I take medication that needs to be chilled. Reported a broken lamp after checking into the room , I took a picture. The girl at the front desk seemed uninterested and couldn’t be bothered. Upon check out the broken lamp was mentioned to another girl, showed her the same picture, and she said there was no work order to fix it. But she would take care of it. First visit and it was really underwhelming from a customer service end."
