"The incredible welcome started before we even arrived, with excellent communication from the owner before our stay and on the day of our arrival. Charles is really friendly and knowledgeable - he always made time to answer all our questions and give us superb recommendations about where to go and eat. The yurts are beautiful and comfortable. "All the staff were very helpful and friendly from reception to spa to waiting staff, could not fault them. Also the food was really good, we ate in the more relaxed restaurant one night and it was lovely. Breakfast was always fresh and varied. We used the pool and spa but didn’t have any treatments. The area was always clean and well looked after and the pool was lovely and warm!"
