I’ve stayed in Microtels in the past in various states and I will now say… all Microtel are not created equally. The staff was very friendly but the hotel itself and its condition? Not so good. It felt more like an extended stay motel vs a hotel. The hotel smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The bathroom? Housekeeping had left a cleaning rag in there and there were black particles in the bathtub that I had to clean out before using. And not to mention the fire alarm that they had on Saturday and afterwards the constant ringing of an alarm in the late night or early mornings. For the price it was ok. But again. I’ve stayed at other Microtel a for the same price and felt like I was in a luxury hotel. This was not the same experience. I would not stay here again if I am ever back in the area

The best pampering of my life ❤️.
It was extremely amazing stay, great staff, and friendly service, my bed was extremely comfortable with fluffy pillows, room was nice and clean. I tried their new products by Terra Green White Tea shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, I felt like I had the best pampering of my life, and relaxing after that shower. I slept like a baby, and I plan on booking this hotel in the future. Breakfast was amazing and I highly recommend this hotel.

I booked a couple nights, but ended up checking out after first night because i saw roaches in my room crawling on the mini fridge. It made me feel very uncomfortable. It was too late at night for me to leave(11pm) so i called the front desk to make them aware and i checked out 530am the next morning.

We walked in around midnight and got our keys. Went to the room, immediately noticed it smelled like urine. Turned on the bathroom light and roaches scattered. My girlfriend exclaimed "I can't sleep here", we walked back downstairs, gave the room keys to the lady at the desk, said we were leaving. I would like a refund!

Checked in. Had a few problems with the water draining and the sink and toilet very slow to drain. Also the heat didn't work. It dropped down and I think it was like 29° outside outside outside outside outside outside room of course with window so it was chilly. The room was updated to a different room. However, I feel if I already slept in that room I should be at least awarded another night free. Sincerely David Long

This hotel is filthy, dilapidated, and under renovation. The hotel should be open ONLY for the construction workers. I would have toughed it out, except for the lack of lamps. All of the lights in the room are controlled from the wall switch. It is hard to manage a rollator in the dark. THIS HOTEL SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN AN OPTION ON EXPEDIA!!!!

The toilet ran all night. We had to turn in towels to get new ones and that had to be hunted down in an unused room. Walls are too thin you could hear everything from music to just normal talking.

Generally clean, but strong odor on the room floor. Even stronger odor in the room. The AC unit was caked with dust. I was afraid to turn it on, but trying to get rid of the odor.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at
Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, busted window latch allowing cold air in the entire time, cigarette burn holes in the pillowcase, drink/food stains on the wall below the TV, the bathtub was dirty and had hair in it still and there, the horizontal services and a layer of thick dust that looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. There were multiple bugs climbing in the walls i had to kill. I would not stay here again even if it was free

Immediately upon entering my room and bathroom, there were cockroaches crawling about. I immediately vacated with my belongings and began went back to front desk to check out. The agent just shook her head and apologized as if she knew it was an ongoing issue. I’m still waiting for my refund from the manager.
