Amazing Newport trip

Our stay was amazing and super close to everything. Place was super clean and a great location. Every meal we had was amazing and got to see a lot in 2 days. Only downside was parking, especially on Saturday it was near impossible to get a spot even close to the place we stayed.

Wonderful

Location can't be beat. I thought it would be fairly noisy but it wasn't. And comfiest bed I've ever had in a VRBO! Amenities were very comfortable. Would stay again.

Great location! Love the decor and was super comfortable for one or two people and a great alternative to a hotel. The instructions were timely and well done, and Keith was highly responsive when I could not figure out how to the use the AC. Just note that there are some steep stairs to the room so you might want to rent one of the lower units if stairs are an issue.

Fantastic Spot

Perfect location in Newport. Clean unit - super comfortable bed. The steps leading to the second floor unit are very steep. Overall wonderful and would stay again in a minute!

Perfect location cozy space

We almost don’t want others to know what a great spot this is! Very relaxing, only moved car once over a four night stay. Well equipped, location is optimal. Had all toiletries and a loaded keurig coffee station Wasn’t a problem for us, but stairs were on the steep side if mobility is a concern. Keyless entry was great!

The rooms were well decorated and the king bed extremely comfortable. The location was centrally located and walkable to many restaurants. When we had a request the owner was responsive. Parking could be a challenge but we were able to use one of the 2 spots in back of the building

Fantastic stay at Howland House

We had a fantastic 2-night stay at Howland House which is perfectly located for getting around town. The restaurants & shops are mostly within a short walking distance — no need to drive! This was our first stay with our 5 month old Alaskan Malamute puppy who loves to travel. Keith & Matt provided plenty of helpful information prior to our stay & even checked in with us to be sure everything was in working order. Best for location

Nice, If I could say anything negative it would be the odd bench at the end of the nice (!) king bed is a knee banger. Desks need lamps to work. Wonderful place... Many thanks...Lolly
