Upon arrival, the check-in staff was fantastic and made us feel very welcome. Having stayed at this location prior, I was familiar with the layout and can say that everything is perfect for a short weekend visit. Parking is right on site with come and go privileges. The location is great with a lot of local Newport attractions, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. The unit was clean, complete, and had everything we needed. Lastly, the host was great with communication and addressed questions or concerns quickly, with reassurance that our stay would be perfect! ##### Jess C. The free parking is a huge plus right on the property. The downstairs bar is a great addition. The patio on the upper floor is nice at the end of the day. Nothing fancy about it but it met all of our needs and it made for a great weekend!!! Cons for some would be that there are no real amenities (it is almost dorm-like) and there is a night club downstairs so i would ask for a unit away from that.
