Located in Newport, this gorgeous home has Beach Access just a few steps from the front door. This 2 story home has some unique features including: \-Fantastic view of Yaquina Head Lighthouse \-A hot tub on the patio \-Glass gazebo, perfect for sipping wine or hot cocoa while watching the sunset \-Outdoor fire pit \-BBQ \-Deck \-Indoor gas fireplace \-Walking distance to nearby stores and restaurants The home sleeps 10 with 4 bedrooms: \-2 King Master Suites \-1 Queen Bedroom \-2 Twins beds in one bedroom 2 Twin beds in the living room on the bottom floor (1 twin bed, 1 twin trundle) There are 4.5 bathrooms: \-2 are within the King Suites \-1 is a Full downstairs Bathroom \-1 is a Full upstairs Bathroom \-1 is an upstairs Half Bathroom Overall, this home is charming, beautifully decorated, and is very private. Come and enjoy the most beautiful and scenic area of the Oregon coast in our outstanding beachfront home! All rentals are leased for 30 day increments with discounts for longer stays. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding pricing and availability. Please keep in mind that the cost of maintaining the hot tub will vary depending on the length of your stay. Because of this, we will have to adjust the price after we have talked with you to determine the rate. When you book with us, a hold of $200 will be put on your card starting the day you arrive until 7 days post departure. If all of the check-out items on the departure list are completed and no extra cleaning is required, the hold on your card will be released. \*Reminder: This functions, not as a charge where the money ever leaves your account, but as a pre-authorized amount by the cardholder that could be retained if extra cleaning is needed after your stay.
