« The chair in my room (Room 304) had a broken leg (completely broken off). I went to move it and the chair fell to the floor.....someone strategically set the leg back under the chair. That could have been a huge safety liability. I can't imagine that the floor could have been vacuumed without the staff experiencing the same collapse. I reported this to the front desk.....hoped they replaced the chair.
The bathroom had a few wall patches that needed painted. I have stayed here several times...

« The room was clean and well stocked. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and excercise room were all in great shape. Breakfast was very good also. But the best part of my stay was the entire staff. Super friendly and helpful. I've always stayed here in the past and see no reason to ever stay anywhere else. A+ »
