Great staff.
Staff were friendly and exceptionally helpfull. Hellped me carry grceries upstairs during my visit, when they noticed I had a sore shoulder (due to medical tes5s earlier 8n the day)

Staff were friendly and downstairs the bistro/pub looked very nice, didn’t get a chance to eat there though. Upstairs was a different story; the room did have basic amenities (microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee/tea) but the only accessible power point was broken, the only other power point was on the ceiling, and had a power board hanging down behind the tv which had all the appliances and TV plugged into it (there was one space left on it and that was the only spot to plug in anything), the mattress was too big for the base and was hanging off and the spare blanket was dirty. My partner and I saw cockroaches in both the male and female bathrooms. If you’re not overly fussy and looking for a place to stay that’s affordable, this is a decent place.

Once I went to check in I got told I was double booked with another guest. From here I was told nothing could be done and that I was to get a refund in 3-5 days minimum. Not helpful at all and didn’t even acknowledge the inconvenience it put me in. Very unimpressed

The rooms were completly filthy, covered in mold and roaches everywhere. We have all left with a cough and headaches. The bathroom didnt even have toilet roll covers and no ventation at all so its hard to breath when showering. It need a massive deep clean and a working jug at its best..i dont recomened staying here at all.

Old building with tired facilities. Toilets down the corridor from room. Very noisy as right above music venue. Lots of traffic noise all night as windows thin and cracked. Pillows thin and lumpy. One thin blanket on the bed. Cockroaches for company and mould on the ceiling. Never again.

The room was directly above or next to an automatic toilet cistern for the men’s toilet that emptied and refilled loudly every 5 minutes all night.

The property was ok but unfortunately the night we stayed happened to be the university student meeting and dance night. After driving 12 hours all we wanted to do was get some sleep but the festival going on below us made sure that did not happen

My window couldn't stay up so i was suffocating so i had to turn on the aircon to get some air plus they didn't give receipt and i signed the document with pencil which u found weird instead of using a pen. The good part is that it was clean.

Pros: Nice staff (friendly pretty girls), clean, nice food, very popular, nice atmosphere, TV, Air Con, Fan (all good and working). Good price Cons: I booked a double bed and was given a room with two single beds, horrible carpet deodorant smell, double hung window was damaged and hard to lift (would not stay up), noisy, limited parking, no coat hangers, only two hooks to hang clothes, no light shade on light, horrible cheap metal chair, no table, pillows were too large or high (hard to sleep), noisy fridge, cheap plastic kettle, no bed side lamp.

The only reason we came here was that due to this being 31 Dec all other units in the area were already taken. Our stay was above the local bar which is ok. I can also overlook the general run-down and unkempt condition of our unit and facilities. What is not ok by any standards is the lack of cleanliness. We got a clean towel and a clean pillowcase. Other linens were slept-in with hair in the beds and pressed-in bed sheets to show for it. Everyone on the floor shared same toilets and showers—just like in state parks. We used our towels as a barrier on top of the beds and slept with our clothes on. Beats sleeping in the car.

Easy to park on the premises. Check-in code and prooF of COVID-19 vaccinations sighted by staff on arrival. Bistro and great range of craft beers. Clean rooms with fridge, basin and subscription TV. Shared facilities. Quiet and safe. Big shopping centre/restaurant strip across the road.
