Clerk at the front desk was not very friendly, not welcoming. She spoke so low that we had to ask her several times to repeat herself. The room was lovely, though, and very clean.

I thought there was a continental breakfast, but perhaps I was wrong. The shower had no tub, but unbeknownst to me I booked a wheelchair accessible room and I was unable to switch as there were only 5 rooms in the hotel with a tub and they were all booked. place was clean. people were nice of sorts. I just wasn't all that thrilled.

I booked this specific hotel because it said it had a hot tub. It was broken and you can tell it hasn’t been working for awhile . I feel that is false advertising . The indoor pool was ICE COLD and so was the room where the pool and hot tub were. It says the pool is open til 11pm they closed it early march 1. And then it says the pool opens by 6am on march 2 it did not open til almost 11am. I am not very happy for this being my first stay! I could have stayed at a hotel closer to castle fun center that had a pool and free breakfast for cheaper. But no I picked here for the hot tub that was broken and isn’t being fixed anytime soon. Horrible!!!!

The front desk and bistro staff have been absolutely excellent on each of my visits. As for cleanliness aside from a few stains on the chair and a candy wrapper left on the side of the bed on this visit, overall the hotel is always pretty much clean inside and on the exterior as well. I definitely Recommend this property

The rooms could be a little more updated and the furniture like the couches could have been cleaned better. Lots a stains. Overall, it wasn’t fine for a 3 star hotel.

Clean room, clean premises. lobby area was clean, smelled great and they had fresh water with lemon for the guests. Pool area was clean and was fully stocked with towels. Staff was friendly, Nicole checked me in, she was friendly, made me feel welcome and asked if everything in the room was okay after check in. Close to the highway, airport and shopping. Will stay again if in the area.

We booked this hotel for the hot tub, it was the only reason due to needing one. They never posted that it was out of commission for at least a week before we booked. I said to three different people how upset we were about this and all I received was next time call ahead to make sure it works. That shouldn’t be my responsibility to confirm that their hot tub is working considering it’s posted on the website that they have one and no where on it did it say it wasn’t working. Also our room only had a shower no tub so we couldn’t even try to use that as a “hot tub” for soaking. Plus the shower door didn’t even close all the way.

We were disappointed that the room wasn’t cleaned after being gone all day. When we asked the front desk they said that they don’t clean everyday. Of all the Marriott hotels we have stayed at this was by far the worst and we would not stay there again.

Never again well stay in an Air B&B
Only made service Once in three days, Its nuts to spend over $200 + a night and no maid service so reuse your towels and no in room coffee refilled until the maid came, we were busy visiting family and it was a holiday came back with food and no microwave in room to reheat your food, very disappointing stay!

The Marriott disappoints for the first time
The room smelled like there was old water damage but I figured it was because it was hot and humid and the air conditioning was on. The room never cooled down though and the fan just blew air around. The bathroom was a disaster. I don’t think this unit should have been used. Looks like there was water damage in the bathroom and some small mold issue. I’ve never encountered this at other Marriott properties. Ever. Very upset at the money we spent here.
