The property is nice and well maintained. The Front Desk Staff is cold, that the only way I can explain it. they are not warm inviting people. they need training in providing Exceptional customer service, they should smile and acknowledge guests, this would bring them to an higher rating - that is why i would not give me a 5 star. The Manager on call was good and addressed an issue that popped up.

I chose the Kenilworth Inn because it was close to Newark Airport and I had an early flight the next day. I stayed in the King Size executive room, it was cleaned, had a frig and small microwave which I used. Bed was comfy and given the proximity to a major highway, I didn't hear a sound. Will stay there again.
