Musée de l'aviation Newark Air Museum

I spent a night at the Brandon Hall Hotel, travelling for business. Pulling up to the hotel, the grounds look nice and the bar/reception area looks inviting. The staff at the reception was lovely, really friendly and welcoming. However, the night was a disaster. First, there was a constant hum in my room - it sounded as if the fan in the bathroom was on at all times. I could not close the door to the bathroom either (you can lock it from inside only). So I spent the night tossing in turning, but that wasn't even the worst. As I was tossing, something scratched my thigh - I started digging in the bed and to my horror, I found a human nail clipping. It was disgusting and honestly, I just gave up on sleep at that point. Not great considering I travelled for business, and had a long journey back after the work day. In the morning, I pulled the sheets off the bed as I always do to help housekeeping. The mattress was completely yellowed with zero protection, only thin bed sheet on top. The duvet had a variety of bodily fluid stains on it. I have complained about it at the reception, even showed a photo of the said nail. I didn't push for any compensation, as I was hoping that the hotel would get back to me directly to resolve the situation, but it appears they are not hence my negative review. I certainly will not be staying there ever again.

Ma chambre était sale en arrivant. Le lendemain matin, j’ai demandé à ce que l’aspirateur soit passé sur la moquette et que le bureau soit nettoyé car on voyait des traces de tasse collantes. Rien n’a été fait à mon retour, c’est tres decevant. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très bon également.
