Received a message saying the room is ready – got to the hotel and the room isn't ready. The room is very small. I also booked this place so my mum could have access to the rooftop and see NYC view but the roof was closed for private party. The room is very small. Overall, the hotel is okay — not worth the price.

Lovely hotel and amenities. Very very nice and helpful staff. A great vibrant location. My only complaint is the AC in our room wouldn’t get the room below 72° even after notifying staff.

A great hotel with convenient location. No nonsense extra frills to pay for that you don’t use anyway. You ca always book lunch and dinner at Freeman next door. 40 yards walking inside the alley 👍

the rooms are quite well designed with space saving details. bed was super comfortable. coffee drinks & pastries a nice touch to have in a neighborhood that really doesn't wake up until noon. the bar on the 11th floor has a great view & drinks are well made. i will stay here again

At first glance it can look shady, but once you walk into the mysterious marvel alleyway filled with art and free expression you are welcomed to a cozy place to lay your head. The staff here are top notch! Even their new hire was a great guy. Our first room had issues witht the heater and they stepped up to make sure my wife and I were comfortable. The issue couldn't be fixed so they upgraded us. The breakfast of coffee/tea and pastries is simple, but fantastic. Their coffee beans they use are roasted really well and have a nice complexity to it. Where ever they get their parties from is phenomenal. They only issue is that alley gets popular with tourists and artists, so it can get crowded and blocked quickly at times. Other than that, this was an enjoyable stay.

Great hidden gem in Manhattan
Fantastic. Out room was small but very cozy. Located right in the heart of Lower East Side. Complementary coffee and pastries in the morning were delicious. Will definitely come back.

Groovy hotel

The staff at Untitled is a wonderful group of people. The texting service (customer service) is prompt, the coffee downstairs is delicious, and whoever is sitting at the front desk will be sure to wear a smile! Friendly, upbeat atmosphere, quiet room, would recommend for the single traveler or couple. Not suitable for families due to tight quarters.
