The property was great and the staff was very polite and friendly. We were even fortunate enough to get an ice bucket! Make sure you ask for one when you arrive and don’t let it go. Under bed storage was handy but needed to be cleaned. Overall a very clean place. We will definitely stay there again.
We loved staying at this newly renovated hotel! It is close to the subway, neighborhood feels, good restaurants, and clean rooms. We will stay here again.
The property (and room) were a bit smaller than I expected. But I didn’t spend much time in my room, and I had all the amenities needed!
The lobby was comfortable and welcoming when I had traveling partners there. I liked the coffee and pastry included and the staff was very friendly on all shifts. I would stay again!
The lightning is quite dark in the hallway and room!

Overall I liked the hotel and the staff were great. It’s just too small for me. The room I had did not even have a chair or desk to sit on, so I could only sit on the bed. Even the night stands are small and I had to use both just to charge items and place keys, wallet, etc. The gym is not adequate either. Very small with low ceilings. The cardio equipment was nice but in a really tight area. Then there was a mix of dumbbells and some weights were just singles. Some will be fine at this hotel, it’s just not a fit for me.
Everyone at the desk are super nice, and I appreciate the free coffee and pastry to get my day started. Rooms were nice, small but so is everything in NY, overall clean and cute, will def will be coming back.
Besides missing a few more outlets around the room, it was the perfect stay! Everyone at the front desk were beyond friendly and helpful. Looking forward to staying again!
I was offered a hideous room with no light and very obscure view. The room is tiny, doesn’t have basic things like a fridge. I was charged extra 100$ to check in early as I was exhausted, even though they had many available rooms. Didn’t find the staff accommodating
The curb appeal of the hotel is very lacking. It basically looks shut down. Upon entering the lobby is nice but basic (reception/coffee bar combo). The hallways are narrow. The room is small but nicely appointed.
First night was nice. Second morning wakeup we had no hot water! Took an uncomfoetably cold shower and mentioned it to the hotel manager Susana to.make sure she knew the boiler wasnt working. She was not only unapologetic but downright beligerent about it. This is not the person you want to manage a hotel. She offered me free coffee, but that comes with the room, so that was insulting. She acted like the cold water was the guests' fault. A simple, we are sorry would've sufficed. A few hours later, I received a message that the hotel was offering 1 glass of wine from 5 to 6pm as compensation. That is not adequate. Part of lodging isna functional bathroom and no hot water is not functional. Part of a good hotel experience is hospitality and Susana is not hospitable.
Excellent location, quiet, modern, reasonably priced, clean, and great staff! One glitch…. There was no hot water from late evening until around 8:30 AM. But staff was super communicative about the problem and also gave a discount on the bill. This hotel will definitely be our place to stay from now on!
This was a great hotel, in a nice neighborhood. Easy to get anywhere by walking, subway, or uber. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms are small, but great lobby.
My spouse and I had a great stay at The Moore. We had been really concerned about finding a hotel that would be quiet, and it was perfect! We didn't hear any of the city noise, or any of the other hotel guests! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was well appointed, cozy, and very clean.
Amazing hotel in a great location. Initially picked The Moore due to its proximity to Penn Station and it exceeded expectations. Great area for visitors to the city without the overcrowding in other burrows. Definitely recommend.
The location in Chelsea was terrific! The area felt safe. I was disappointed no coffee machine, or mini fridge in the room. The water pressure was great, and the shower heads wonderful. The sink faucet was stylish but difficult to turn, potentially an issue for someone with hand issues or weakness. The staff was very nice.
The staff was great, super accommodating and helpful with any questions. I was really appreciative they were able to have my room ready a little earlier as I came in on a red eye that day! Wish the rooms were a bit bigger but otherwise great stay! Thank you!!
