There’s no water in the gym. No water boiler or tea kettle in room. No microwave. No floor with microwave after breakfast, have to go to front desk to ask. water was not hot at first. Was fixed after a few visits from different staff.

Right next to a mall with a target for groceries. A short walk to the subway for the 7 train to get anywhere you need. Heaps of food places close by and a good laundromat not far past the subway station. The staff were friendly and the complementary breakfast has a waffle machine. Also the views from the rooftop bar are pretty great.

It's the middle of the city with a mall next door, with can be a good thing albeit noisy. Nice part of town, pretty safe area.

I’ve stayed here before the view is always amazing and the rooms are really nice and clean. The staff is so nice. My only problem was the light didn’t work and the shower was hard to work it didn’t align correctly being that it was two shower heads and the water got ALL over the whole bathroom floor in room 306

I stayed here for about 3 days and it was absolutely perfect. The hotel was clean and cozy with an airness that made it welcoming. Im sensitive to smells and stuffiness and this property was from that - green flags all around. They offer breakfast but its continental - don't expect omelets, bacon or anything like that. I'm picky with hotels but this one is def on my list for future sstays. Highly recommended.

I know they say you get what you pay for but I doubt this place is worth $150. First it took about if not more than 30 minutes to check in, when I got to the hotel the girl at the reception refused to check me in until she was done wiping down her computer, then she answer the phone and took more than 5 min to give someone prices and cancellation policies over the phone, mind you there were at least 2 people waiting to check in and all she cared about was the phone and wiping her computer. After that I finally was able to go to the room and I knew it wasn’t gonna be a 5 star hotel but this place looked like a hostel, I’m sorry I’ve stayed at hostels better than this place. The room was really small, looked decrepit ( the room AND furniture ) and outdated and so noisy I felt like I was staying on a balcony, sleep was difficult as the 7 Train and a very busy Roosevelt Ave. run right outside the window. Wish I had one good thing to say about this place but I don’t, no wait I’m lying, the only good thing about this hotel is that it’s close to a lot of shops, restaurants and public transportation, other than that I’d never stay here again, even if it was free. I’d say throw in a couple of more bucks and stay at a real hotel, because this place looks more like a college dorm room than a hotel.
