The property is located on a quiet, private road. Only forty miles to Lake Placid and other great attractions in the area. Bring your canoe, kayak, and fishing pole. Hear the loons at night on the pond. Fire pit and picnic table right next to the pond for easy access. The pond also has Big Mouth Bass and Sun Fish. The upstairs open loft was great for our older teen, and 22 year old, (could have had another person there as well) to have there own space. Kitchen well outfitted, loved the dinning room, and the side porch. We took the kayaks out, and the lake is a great size to explore. Don't miss the nearby fire tower great view with little effort. This is an incredibly beautiful home on Lincoln Pond. It is clear how much they care for their home. We were able to swim, float, kayak, fish, watch storms roll in and completely relax!
