"The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, adding to a pleasant stay. The rooms were serviced daily and were quite quiet, comfortable and spacious with a modern feel. Conveniently placed, shopping and restaurants were close by. The outdoor activities were also close, as well as the Coastal Walk. "

"Before we arrived, we knew that this motel was being predominately used as emergency housing (this wasn't the case when we booked mid 2023) however the motel manager did everything possible to honour all the bookings for this weekend in spite of the situation she found herself in. She contacted us well in advance, explained what was going on, and gave an assurance that our booking would still go ahead. "Love the location. Straight across the road from Star bucks and the shopping centre. Free access to a gym sold me. Only problem was the rubbish from the previous guests was not removed from the toilet bins, or the kitchen bins, There was a change of towels the next day, but sloppy bed remake. So probably cleanliness wasn't great to some degree. "

"Location is primo. On the boardwalk and Fitzroy beach. You can’t beat sitting on the deck in the evening hearing the surf 👍very comfy bed. Not so comfy inside couch area however didn’t sit around inside much. 😎"

"Nicely presented studio in quiet area very close to the beach. Small kitchenette perfectly adequate for preparing a meal, if required, with new Air Fryer and microwave. Great shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic location for cyclists and walkers wanting to do the coastal walkway. Tropical garden was very attractive. Studio 22 was excellent value. "
