Horrible experience. I had multiple rooms booked and the property canceled some. Made it very hard for me to get them to fix it and get me the required number of rooms. They didn't have the the upgraded suite kitchen rooms available that I reserved. They do not offer the type of room i had reserved. BUT!!!!! WHEN I CHECKED PUT THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE UPGRADED THEY DID NOT PROVIDE AND REFUSED TO ADJUST THE RATE. THEY CLAIMED THERE WASN'T AN AVAILABLE MANAGER TO FIX IT. Hotel is run down. Room and hallway carpets soaking wet. Made squishing sound when walked on. Rooms smelled like marijuana. Just a horrible experience from start to finish.

There was no elevator to the second floor. The pool area was not really clean. The pool bathrooms were not really clean. We didn’t eat the breakfast because we assumed that the kitchen would look the same as the other areas.

Where do I begin? Very old and broken down. Bathroom toilet never worked they came once to fix it and clogged back up we had to use the main bathroom to go. The blankets had food blood and other dirt I had to ask for new ones. The staff was very rude didn’t have it together at all. I told the front desk I found it cheaper on another site and she said too bad

Showed up to dirty sheets went to desk to ask for a change of sheets no one ever came till I went down agin in the morning (had to get my own sheets ) then when I ask for a Manager the employee lied and said I came to to desk at midnight when I went down at 8:30 place sucked

This property is not at all as advertised on the website; there are homeless and vagrants who prop the exterior doors open for easy access so safety is a huge issue; the front desk staff member is also a bartender who can give you shots of alcohol but has no mixers to offer normal alcoholic beverages; local people highly recommended that we leave the hotel which we ended up doing even though we lost our $475 which the property manager refused to refund when we checked out 2 hours after checking into the Clarion.
