« The property was accurately advertised. Close to places to eat, shop and convenient to stay within the city. Parking might be a problem for weekdays but weekends are great as the Dollar Bank parking is an option. The only drawback is the access to the Internet which may be sketchy if working from the unit. But overall the place is very clean and convenient. Will probably book again. »

« Very nice, clean, updated, in a residential neighborhood. Outside there are about 15 steps leading from the street level to the front door. This was not an issue for us, but you'd want to be aware of that. Parking space along the curb was easy to find. Kitchen area has updated appliances. Beds are comfortable with nice bedding and extra pillows available in the closet. The hardwood floors are in good condition, but with hardwood if there are tenants upstairs you will hear them moving...

« The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and modern. No complaints. The outside of the building was a bit rough with trash all around and the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. The “included parking” is street parking - so that “perk” felt a little misleading, but my car was still there when I woke up lol. The only issue was the air condition - it worked great, but anytime it was on you could hear something flapping around in the exposed ventilation system which was quite loud. Otherwise good....

« Arthur was very prompt in responding to emails and continued to stay connected during our stay. The space was as described in the listing. Availability of coffee grounds and tea bags were a plus. As others mentioned, the stairs are little tiny/small to get to the bedroom, however not a major distractor to the overall property and location. Parking instructions were clear and even if I came after 10 PM in the night, there were 1 or 2 slots open. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it's worth the...

« It was a great location for the activities that my wife and I had planned. The only issue I had was with the city of Pittsburgh and its road system. There was a very steep and narrow road one had to take to get where we wanted to go. The apartment itself was beautiful and well maintained. »
