« Room floors weren’t clean. Some lights in the room didn’t work. The body wash didn’t have anything in it in the shower and the sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain well. Desk staff was very nice and helpful. »

« Oh my goodness. Never had such a terrible experience. I checked in , paid , entered the room. There’s a woman sitting on the toilet seat open door in the room. She and me both screamed. I ran to the reception, told her the story and guess what she said to me… there are squatters who enter the hotel!!! Or another guest who entered the room to use the toilet. When I asked how a squatter or another guest can enter the room like this she blamed the housekeeper. She said sometimes they don’t close...
