Please allow me to explain how housekeeping services work on property, since this should always be explained upon check in and I am terribly sorry this wasn't told to you. ): Our staff does not clean every day, only every third day of stay will you receive a full service of your room. Other than that, guests should be given housekeeping tags that are placed on the outside of the doors to let housekeeping know you need new items. :) We appreciate your patience and understanding with us while we work on new housekeeping strategies for all our guests and staff. :) Thank you again for the kind review and letting us know what is going on. I can only assume she was training our newest agent and wanted things done correctly, and there is normally a 20.00 early check in fee for anyone arriving at 2 pm or before. There was a much nicer way of putting things and I will speak to the agents involved and make sure this miscommunication doesn't happen again.
