« The ad said the camper was nearly new, which it was not. We had a time to meet Jake, but he came and left early so we didn't get an intro. It was okay cleanliness wise, except the refrigerator was gross, and the shower curtain had dead bugs wrapped up in it. The cabinets were all very full, so we didn't have any place to put our food without moving stuff around. Then we had ants. The bed was very comfortable. We slept great. « Check in details were provided only a few days before our arrival and only after we reached out to inquire. Photos did not include exterior photos of the home so it wasn’t very easy to find, nor were the instructions clear that the “front door” is actually the second floor so instead we walked in to the unfinished basement (also not included in the photos) which made us concerned we were walking in to the wrong house! House was also not very clean unfortunately! »
