Wonderful Location

My friend and I stayed in this condo for the weekend we attended a music event at Gruene Hall. Wonderful location! We parked the car on Friday and didn’t get back in until Sunday. Everything was so comfortable! My only suggestion would be to update/improve a few things in bathrooms…shower heads, mats in tubs, and shower curtains…to give it a clean feel like the rest of condo! Overall, a wonderful experience!

Beautiful spot

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were six of us staying because of the Texas Clay Festival, so we didn't spend a great deal of time in the condo, but it was very comfortable and everyone enjoyed it. Our one problem was the parking. We had 3 cars and there was another event happening that made it impossible to park elsewhere. We called the emergency number to ask if they could just park in the lot over night (there were places there) and they were told that was not an emergency and were hung up on.

Small town Texas delight!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property was an easy walk to enjoy Gruene Dance Hall and surrounding shops. We like to park and enjoy the weekend worry-free. The unit was tastefully decorated with Texas decor. We came with another couple and the divided bedrooms/baths was a huge plus. Then there's the amazing view from the patio. The rockers and table set were perfect for sitting with a cup of coffee, chatting and bird or sunset watching. The only negative we experience was a chain-smoker on the balcony below us that made sitting outside unpleasant, but that is unrelated to the unit itself or the mgt company. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures accurately reflect the decor and vibe. The location allows you to explore all that Gruene has to offer-shop, dine pr dance at Gruene Hall. Very clean, and adequately stocked. Sitting on the balcony you can hear the river below. We would return without hesitation.

Perfect place for a girls’ weekend.

Wonderful location. We never had to get back in the car once we parked at the property. We enjoyed going to sit by the river. So close to shops and food. We’ll be back.
