We appreciate the opportunity to explain your room was immediately inspected by management and no issue was able to be verified and as the room had been used for well over an hour and a half and had to be cleaned with fresh linen, unfortunately no refund was due. As we explained at check-in we are happy to be renovating the guest bathrooms and due to the renovations there was a wooden barrier but we're happy to report the front half of the first floor is now completed!

We're glad that during your stay they were in the quiet stage of renovating so there was no noise to disturb you. We do our best to offer more than just continental breakfast by including eggs, sausage, waffles and fruit along with the danish, cereal, yogurt and oatmeal and we're sorry to hear that wasn't what you were hoping for.
