"My friends and I wanted a 3 bedroom house to share while we attended a concert at Bethel Woods (instead of a big hotel room). We found this place and since we all enjoy the outdoors thought it would be nice for even only one night. It was delightful! About 30 minutes from the concert. Toni was very responsive and easy to work with. There was a mixup in the arrival time between what she generally does and what the VRBO website said, but she was responsive and was able to adjust and meet our needs. She is quick and thorough in her responses and entry directions. We all highly recommend this property and Toni. It is quiet, there are heaps of birds in the morning, and we watched a little fawn feast on the small garden while we sipped our morning coffee."

"Unfortunately we had a very short stay, but beautiful area, house was nice, comfortable furnishings, the bed’s head raised, which was wonderful and a nice surprise, and loved the colorful rug. We would return to this adorable, quiet, peaceful, beautiful, rustic place. "

"The property was great minus a tonnn of bugs that fly in but you’re in the woods and there’s a fly swatter provided. There were a decent amount of large ants though that we also had to kill (at least ten) all over the unit. What was unfortunate was that on the second night a really loud alarm went off twice at 3 am and 4am. I was traveling with young children so obviously this was not great. I reached out to the property manager to ask what it was…I didn’t know if it was a break in or a carbon monoxide alarm or what. The property manager never responded. Not even during normal day time hours. I asked how to check in on the first night and property manager also never responded. I had to call VRBO to get the code sent to me. They had snacks and water available so that was nice and the property is in good shape."
