Good air conditioning was especially appreciated here!My only issue at all was that the hot water runs out and turns cold very quickly when taking a shower, but I was able to work around that by only using the wand (and turning the water off entirely for parts of it). Not sure a super-high-flow (huge square rainfall type) showerhead attachment was a good thing to pair with what I assume is a relatively-small-tank, tank-based waterheater lol. :)This stay was great, and I will absolutely be booking with them in the future, highly recommended!!! ##### Kenneth W. It is an easy approximately 1/2 mile walk to the old downtown area of Nevada. A friend and I went for a country concert and it was so convenient to just walk down the street to the cottage at the end of the night. It is so quaint and well thought out. It has everything you need - the owners even left some snacks and waters. It also had coffee for the morning. Check-in and out was extremely easy and the owners were very responsive to questions.
