« von 10.00 bis 18.00 versucht Rezeption zu erreichen um Buchung zu ändern. Niemand erreichbar oder belegt. Rückruf nach 18.30 , da war jedes Gespräch sinnlos. Mag ja nettes Hotel sein aber nen Telefonhörer abzunehmen sollte möglich sein innerhalb von 8 Stunden. Daher bestimmt niocht wieder. »
