Place really felt its age. Main and room facilities need repairs (holes in carpet, squeaking floors, musty smell, etc), and more than that, some real remodeling and upgrades for modern day. Pillows were awful and all uncomfortable, needed more variety of firmness. Bed next to the loud and noisy air conditioning and up a steep set of stairs. Bad smelling soaps and shampoos, needed body wash. Clock turns off when turning off the light. Staff were pretty cold and uninviting. Breakfast options were few, unhealthy, and unappealing. Price was way too high for was more like a 2-star experience.

This resort was beautiful, very clean and a pleasure to stay at! From check in to check out, we were pampered and treated like their only guests!! We will be coming back every year from now on!
