Apartment 'Sea Views Nice Sunset Sun' with Sea View, Shared Pool and Wi-Fi

It is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment, with extraordinary sea views.



The sea and pool views from the terrace and the bedroom balcony make it a perfect place to have a drink or dinner outdoors at any time of the day and especially with the pleasant evening sun all year round. Comfortable terrace with table and chairs for 4 people.



Spacious living and dining room, independent kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, small fridge, microwave, cupboards and complete kitchenware. A master bedroom with double bed and the second bedroom with 2 single beds. Both with fitted closets, which contain spaces to leave suitcases.



The complex has a communal garden and swimming pool, very quiet even in summer time. The swimming pool is open from the first month of April until the end of October. Garden open all year round.



Located in the center of town, just 7-8 minutes walk from the Balcon de Europa, full of restaurants, stores and services around. The beach is only 3 minutes down some stairs. This cove is the beginning of the famous Burriana Beach.



Internet, electricity, water and final cleaning included. Smart TV 55" with foreign channels and other options to Login with your personal account on Netflix or Prime Video among others. Air conditioning (heating also) in the living room.



Parking area in the complex with the principle of parking on a first come first served basis (not enough parking spaces for all apartments). Normally no problem except in August which is usually busier.





A couple of beach chairs are provided and are available to take to the beach or pool area.
