It is a cosy, air-conditioned apartment with access to a lovely shared pool, set in a really convenient location within easy walking distance of Nerja town and just a short stroll to the wonderful Burriana beach and restaurants. The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities: Outside:Shared swimming pool with sun terrace, patio furniture. Inside:Air conditioning throughout (also heats in the cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), iron, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels (languages: Spanish, English, German, French), Smart TV, cot and high chair. The shared pool at the apartment is set within a fenced garden area. In the open plan kitchen the facilities include refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. The property has one bathroom with shower cubicle and wc. The bedroom has its own air conditioning unit to help you sleep more comfortably at night. Kika apartment is located 75 km from Malaga airport, 110 km from Granada airport, 750 metres from SuperSol and Mercadona supermarkets, 750 metres from beautiful Burriana Beach and restaurants, 2 km from the famous Balcon de Europa, 2 km from Nerja bus station, 3 km from the famous Nerja Caves, 2.5 km from the Rio Chillar river with interesting trekking along its course, 7 km from the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana, 23 km from Aquavelis water park, 31 km from Baviera Golf course, 80 km from Tivoli world amusement park/theme park in Benalmadena, 95 km from the world famous Alhambra Palace in Granada. The apartment is situated in a safe area. A car is recommended for visitors to the property, however the apartment's convenient location, close to all the amenities in Nerja, means that it's quite possible to enjoy your stay here without a car. We have an arrangement with a friendly local taxi driver who offers a competitively-priced airport transfer if required. All prices include water, linen, towels, electricity and final cleaning. Air-conditioning in bedroom and living/kitchen. We were near family so didn't use kitchen but appeared well equipped. Comfy sofa. Private outdoor space which was walled, but gave an area for warmer weather. The new path down to Burriana from the end of the cul-de-sac makes the slope up less intense than Calle Lucena, can easily walk up into central Nerja. Didn't use pool but looked nice and well kept. Nice quiet location, walkable to nice areas. Agent provided WhatsApp so easily contactable. Would stay again, had good facilities and privacy ##### Alun R.
