Top Neorić Hotel Reviews

Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Split

10/10 Excellent

"Spa area was fantastic perfect for a late october stay. Rooms were spotless. Plenty of options at breakfast. And a few steps away from a lovely beach walk (40 mins) into old town. We had a great stay and didnt want to leave."

Hotel Ambasador

10/10 Excellent

"We arrived fairly late and the front desk was ready for us and helpful. Although we slept through the first breakfast, we did love the included buffet and al la cart menu. Massive variety including mimosas. Our room was well-appointed with a good mini-bar selection. Beautiful property in an amazing location."

Amphora Hotel

8/10 Good

"We stayed at the Amphora in October break which meant the hotel was relatively quiet, it appeared as if they’d reduced the staff. The main restaurant disappointingly was closed, we were served in the breakfast room by a single waiter who was unable to cope with demand - food there was not great. Location is fine as long as your either up for a long but pleasant walk or happy to take a taxi, beware some of the local taxis are fierce at overcharging €95 for 2 miles from port to hotel - after that one I used Uber for everything which was good. The promenade and beach were excellent. Spa facilities were good easy to access with capacity in October, would be interesting in August. Room was nice and clean with amazing view of Adriatic Sea from balcony. Overall I would recommend staying in the hotel and eating out, Split city was very interesting with nice cafes and restaurants"

SPLIT CITY ROOMS

8/10 Good

"The front of the building has an elevator but the back of the building were our rooms are located has none. You have to go out the front building and walk to the side and enter the doors of the back building which I feel is unsecured. It could dark at nights and might stepped on dog poop(?). Else everything is fine. You have to ask for a kettle since they didn't leave one in our room. There is a receptionist at least always. Taxi or Uber could not enter the narrow road and needs to walk a little bit only."

Divota Apartment Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Loved this property. We were lucky enough to be upgraded and had a balcony which was lovely to sit and play cards with a drink. There was also a washing machine and a couple of all in one tabs which was helpful. Very central but also easy to park close by. As this was an apartment, we could have cooked, everything was provided, as well as a coffee machine. Couldn’t fault it at all. Breakfast was up the road in a small cafe, also nice"

Frequently asked questions

What is the best area to stay in Neorić?

The best area to stay in Neorić is within the village centre itself, particularly around the Church of St. Anthony of Padua.

This central part of Neorić offers a peaceful setting, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Dalmatian hinterland. You'll find traditional stone houses, some of which have been beautifully renovated into guesthouses and villas. The main square near the church is a focal point, offering a glimpse into local life. It's a small, compact area, making it easy to explore on foot.

For couples looking for a tranquil escape, the village centre is ideal. It provides a quiet base to relax and enjoy the scenery, with opportunities for gentle strolls through the olive groves and vineyards just outside the village. The slower pace of life here is a key draw.

Families will also find the village centre appealing for its relaxed environment. Many of the villas offer private outdoor spaces, often with pools, which are great for children.

When is the best time to go to Neorić?

The best time to go to Neorić is during the late spring (May to June) or early autumn (September to October).

These months offer pleasant weather, with warm but not excessively hot temperatures, making it ideal for exploring the natural beauty of the region and enjoying outdoor activities. You'll find fewer crowds compared to the peak summer months, allowing for a more relaxed and authentic experience. It's a great time for couples looking for a tranquil escape without the bustling summer throngs.

Families might also find these shoulder seasons appealing. The milder weather is superb for children to enjoy walks, cycling, or visiting local farms without the intensity of the mid-summer sun.
