EXCEPTIONAL WATERFRONT POSITION and VIEWS 'Seaside Manor' offers an incredible position in the perfect location close to Waterfront Restaurants, City Centre and Tahunanui Beach! Sensational views sweep across all the landmarks of Nelson's waterfront - the island, the harbour entrance, the boulderbank and Fifeshire Rock. In the distance is the coastline of the Abel Tasman and the mountains of Kahurangi tower above. This home spans across two stories, with the living and entertaining spaces, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms located upstairs. There is also an extra bedroom with an ensuite bathroom downstairs. The bedroom configurations are as follows: 4 Bedrooms (Sleeps up to 9) Upstairs - 1) Queen, 2) Double, Downstairs - 3) Queen, 4 (Rumpus room): Double + Double sofa-bed by request 2+ Bathrooms Upstairs - (Main bathroom) Shower, separate bath, basin & toilet, Downstairs - Ensuite bathroom to bedroom 3 with Shower, Toilet & Vanity. Separate toilet. Seaside Manor is an ideal holiday home for 1 to 3 couples or a family. By special written permission pets may be allowed - please contact us with details of your pet. Special terms and a $50 pet fee will apply. \- This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis.
