« Location was excellent for us but this is overpriced for what it is, basic. Some gardening and sweeping out the front would provide a better welcome. Entry via a garage roller door is novel but functional, then we were met with the BBQ area with a multitude of chairs and a very dusty table. Already on guard when entering the unit, it didn’t seem clean. Maybe as left by the previous guest with the bed made and fresh towels. « House is MASSIVE and perfect for families with teenagers. Downstairs has 2 double bedrooms, laundry and teens tv lounge. Upstairs open plan, modern furniture, bright outlook onto 8 seater dining/bbq area. Excellent lighting throughout the property. Amazing view of the sea and Tomaree. Quite spectacular observing the massive storm roll in, although 22 hour powercut not so great! Master bedroom is ENORMOUS…walk-in wardrobe, bathroom & separate toilet. « The accommodation was in a great location. We could walk to Nelson’s Bay marina or town centre easily. The photos were a little deceiving as the unit is quite old and needs some love. The out door area was dirty with cobwebs and dirt. The bathroom floor was not fully cleaned. All guests found the beds quite uncomfortable - very hard. »
