The two storey duplex features three air conditioned bedrooms all located on the ground floor with an upstairs air-conditioned open plan living room/ dining and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and complete cooking facilities. In the lounge room you can enjoy the use of the Smart TV to wind down and relax after a day out at the beach or shopping. The living area opens out onto the spacious balcony which provides outdoor alfresco dining and a gas BBQ. There is a high chair for use at the property. The master bedroom boasts a generous en-suite and walk in robe with a television present to be able to wind down and relax in your own area, whilst the second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom contains 2 single beds, both with built in wardrobes. The main bathroom contains a bath (please note spa is not in working order), shower and separate toilet. There is an internal laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer and parking for one vehicle in the garage, with plenty of off street parking or enough room for a boat. Entry of the property is via the top floor where you can conduct all your entertaining and all bedrooms are located downstairs. There is a powder room upstairs to make access easier for all guests. Downstairs enjoy the gaming area set up with a table tennis area, PS2, TV and DVD player. Perfect for all ages! There is a fenced backyard for all to enjoy including your pet. Sea Breeze is located just moments from fantastic walking, hiking and cycling paths in the beautiful Tomaree National Park.
