2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom new townhouse, next to private tennis court, basket ball court, 150 feet from private beach and infinity pool. Located on the east end of Negril, Jamaica, short drive to Negril centre along 7-mile beach. Pass the resorts to visit famous Rick’s Café (cliff-dive at your own risk) or Rockhouse, Skylark or Idle Awhile for cliffside/beachside drinks and dinner, or get your jerk chicken on the roadside. Or lay low and cook your own meals in the full kitchen in the townhouse, sip your rum on the front veranda for sunsets, back veranda for sunrise. Watch the sunset from the private beach. (Food and car and liquor not included.)
