"The hotel is Ok , but I was expecting more from a 5 star hotel. The service was not 5 star as several times the first answer was always NO , until a second person from the staff heard what was happening and came “for the rescue”. The furniture needs renovation, the sofas in the rooms and lobby look really old , the bed covers look extremely old and have to be changed, they give a really first bad impression the first time you enter the room. The breakfast is Ok but no so special for a 5 star hotel. The location is not bad , 15-20 minutes walk to the historic center where most of the life is . There are no many hotel options in Alghero but this is no reason for a “5 star” hotel not to excel."

"Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten und sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen nett und unterstützend. Das Haus liegt etwas erhöht in den Bergen mit einem sehr guten Blick auf das Meer. Wifi ist hervorragend, Mobilfunknetz nicht vorhanden. Air Conditioning hervorragend. Wer Natur und Einsamkeit sucht ist hier genau richtig. Schöne Strände liegen nördlich von Albergho - jedes Mal mindestens eine Stunde Fahrt. Wir hätten gerne vorab gewusst, dass das Haus aus zwei separaten Bereichen mit eigenen Zugängen von außen besteht. Zum einen der Schlafbereich mit zwei Schlafzimmern und Bad, zum anderen ein Wohn-/Koch-/Essbereich. Diese Information konnten wir auf der Website in der Hausbeschreibung nicht finden."

"Un havre de paix. Le logement est parfaitement situé pour être au calme de la ville d’Alghero, tout en gardant une proximité (à 5/10min en voiture). La propriété est super apaisante, avec sa magnifique piscine (très grande) et le champ des grillons. L’intimité avec les autres locataires est respectée, l’espace piscine partagé est très bien avec un nombre de transats suffisant. Nous avons apprécié également le fait d’avoir à disposition des serviettes pour la toilette et pour la piscine.Le logement est très bien, équipé d’une Clim. Cuisine suffisante pour une semaine tout le nécessaire. Petit point négatif sur le frigo qui n’était pas propre. Nous avons passé un super séjour, Nicola est disponible si besoin, et très réactif."

"Die Unterkunft war ganz zauberhaft und hat für uns (zwei Menschen) wunderbar gepasst. Die Menschen die die Wohnung vermieten sind super nett und ganz arg herzlich wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Bei Fragen konnte man sich jederzeit bei ihnen melden und sie haben dafür gesorgt das wir mit dem Urlaub wunderbare Erinnerungen verbinden. Vielen Dank an Teresa und Leonardo!!"

"It was an excellent villa everything perfect just like the photos . Check in and check out was smooth Daminano was lovely helping with info where to go and eat . We really liked the area, Alghero old town was lovely to walk around with plenty of great restaurants .There was an excellent traditional restaurant Vilasol at the entrance to the road access where the food was high quality . Local beaches were busy but they were great with plenty of choice but would recommend a car . But the best thing by far was the pool probably the best pool I’ve ever had at a holiday villa , everyone enjoyed spending days by the pool relaxing and swimming . In summary I would highly recommend this villa for a lovely holiday ."

"Notre séjour a été tout simplement parfait. L’emplacement est idéal puisqu’il est en altitude et donc 3-5 degrés plus frais qu’Alghero. Il est en plein milieu de champs sans aucun voisin à proximité. Les photos du site ne rendent pas justice à la beauté de la propriété. La famille qui détient cette propriété symbolise la gentillesse, la générosité de la Sardaigne. Marco, le fils s’occupe de la propriété et répond/intervient en quelques minutes puisqu’il habite la partie supérieure de la maison, tout en respectant notre intimité. Endroit parfait pour explorer les plages au nord et au sud, et les sites archéologiques. Merci à Marco et ses parents."

"Eine traumhaft ruhige Unterkunft mit idyllischer Gartenanlage. Wir haben besonders die Ruhe und den riesigen Pool genossen. Für Schatten am Pool ist mittels eines Baldachins gesorgt. Das hübsche Städtchen Alghero zum Bummeln und Essen ist nur 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Marco war ein super freundlicher Gastgeber, er hat uns abgeholt und zum Haus gebracht. Wir wurden freundlich mit Wein, Wasser und lokalem Gebäck empfangen. Er hat viele Tipps für Ausflüge und war bei Fragen immer schnell erreichbar. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht bis hin zu Strandmatten, Kühlbox und Sonnenschirmen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt"
Fabulous exclusive villa with sea view close to the beach

"We loved our stay at Villa Dama -- tucked up in the hills outside of Alghero. Surrounded by lush gardens, several great outdoor seating areas, a nice pool and plenty of space inside, we had a wonderful week of day trips, relaxing at home, dining out, cooking in. Our hosts Daniela and Mauro were incredibly good about quickly responding to queries, touching base in a quiet way every couple of days to see if we needed anything and give us ideas about what to do, where to eat and what to visit. The property was clean, charmingly decorated, classy and very cozy. There is even a small outdoor gym if you want to work off some of the local pasta. We could not have had a nicer, more memorable time and are so happy that Daniela and Mauro were such charming hosts. GPS cuts in and out sometimes in the back roads and rural areas of Europe (like anywhere) and so we were so glad Daniela and Mauro actually met us on the outskirts of Alghero then we easily followed them to the property. It made our arrival much less stressful We would definitely stay again at Villa Dama."
