"We originally booked rooms at another hotel only to be greeted with far less than desirable conditions. So we moved to this one. What a well taken care of property. The staff was outstanding! The young lady working the front desk was exceptional! Shauntella??? She went above & beyond to accommodate our party and allowed us to have a late checkout the next day due to our troubles with the other hotel. What a great experience after a crappy start at the other place. Breakfast was fantastic too."
