« I hesitate to leave such a negative review but feel that if I had read something similar to what I’m about to write, it would’ve affected my decision on renting this unit. This unit has a cockroach problem. The owner said that he has never had this problem before; however, I looked back at the reviews to see if I had missed any mention of this. Sure enough, it looks like the September 7th review of this unit also mentioned pests inside. I can confirm this, and there were also bugs on the balcony...

« This condo is located in an amazing location very near the campus. We walked to northgate and the game. It is very safe. The place was extremely clean. I love the extra touches they include like plenty of hand towels, soap, shampoo etc. I would definitely stay here again. The only knock on the place is I wish there was a normal sized garbage can in the kitchen area. »

« The host was great and the house was very cute and had a lot of great extras. The only thing that kept this from being a five star was that the cleaning was a bit stale. There were dead bugs underneath the curtains near the back patio door, and there was some dust here and there. Overall, the place definitely looks maintained, it just needed a better and more thorough cleaning right before we arrived.
