\- This 3-story home has an exterior staircase to enter. Step-free entry via the elevator is available only for special circumstances upon request  
\- The private elevators are wheelchair accessible and operate from the garage to the 3rd floor. They are sensitive and will not function unless both the interior and exterior doors are fully closed. If misuse is detected, the elevator will pause for 30 seconds. Guests with mobility needs or those transporting luggage may use the elevators, and children must be accompanied by an adult  
\- The swim spa is serviced every Wednesday by a professional company. They may be present during your stay  
\- A golf cart may be available (shared with the nearby listing). Please reach out in advance if you would like to reserve it. A waiver may be required prior to use  
\- There is an optional swim spa/pool heat fee of $35/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay)  
\- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is a Ring doorbell device at the front door with an exterior security camera, facing the driveway. Camera 2 is located next to the garage on the first floor, facing the driveway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion and record in 30-second increments

We enjoyed the roomy gathering areas. Well addressed for 12 people! Beds very comfortable with nice linens. Toys, games, and baby accoutrements, high chair, stroller, etc. the beach just a few steps away. Plenty of kitchen and dining equipment. Made for a comfortable stay

Very clean. Not much of a beach view but was a very short walking distance and not an issue at all! Loved the house - lots of great cooking supplies in the kitchen and tons of room. Also was great that a high chair and pack and play, along with beach items, were included. We would definitely come back and stay!

The area/neighborhood is always amazing, although there is quite a bit of construction going on. We had an overall good stay, we did have to buy more supplies like toilet paper
