The beach was walkable but we advise to rent a golf cart for your stay as there’s a place right off 98 near the property. Navarre beach ordinance allows golf carts so take advantage of that! Grill included. Lots of porch space. My son loved the dock for fishing. It does have a lot of steps though. My dad and brother loved fishing off the dock in the morning and evenings. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of sitting space for the 9 of us. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The younger people enjoyed the ping pong table and it was nice to have the beverage fridge downstairs as well. Area felt safe and very relaxed. No beach chairs, beach towels nor other toys/supplies. We did not use the kayaks but there were 2! The house was perfect for the 10 of us. There were six adults and four grandkids (2 girls and 2 boys) so the bedroom and bathroom arrangements were great. The only issue we had was confusion with the lighting. There are so many lights and light switches, we had trouble determining which switches controlled which lights. One vacation rental we stayed in recently had labels on each switch. That made it very convenient for us old folks! There are lots of lights and even more switches. The can lights need dimmers we didn’t use the overhead lights in the bedrooms. There were five lights out in the master bathroom, and the picket door was off the track. After leaving two messages for the property manager I called and talked to a person. The handyman was out the very next morning on time and fixed what he could. He was awesome. Now for the GREAT we really enjoyed the property there were games to play plenty of seating. Our grouper was 50+ year old husbands and wive. Having our own bathrooms was wonderful. The appliances were nice plenty of dishes we could have used a few more utensils. They are still building the house next door the crew worked from 7am to 5pm and we’re pretty quiet for drywall we. We would a stay there again ##### Brian W. The house is nice and clean and has most things you would need for your stay. If you plan to cook meals at the house, just know this kitchen only has the basics. Kitchen amenities were lacking for the size such as no oven mitts, only 2 dish towels, and not enough dishes/utinsils for the expected number of ppl. so we were washing dishes constantly. Also no basics like coffee filters were provided so we had to run to store early in AM just to go buy those which seemed a chintzy. Kayaks, outdoor shower were nice to have and beds were comfy. So you will be up every morning at 4:30 am. To hammering and construction noise. No blinds on the window so they look at you all day. The downstairs windows need some kind of privacy shades/curtains. The walls were kind of trashed with marks all over them. Some of the towel racks in the bathrooms were barely hanging on. The master toilet room door was broken and couldn't close it. You can walk to the beach, but I recommend driving if you have a lot of gear to take. Jul 23, 2025 #### check-in process not good or personal, black mold growing upstairs I texted the number already to let you know about moisture/mold issues in all upstairs bath ceilings. Check-in was pretty terrible actually. Not only did I message days before knowing no one had occupied the home the night before out arrival, but very kindly requested if there was any way we could check in just a little early if it was ready. 4pm was the response. Your automated portal c/I system is very impersonal. Our grocery delivery arrived at 3:15pm and we still were not able to get in even though no one was at the house. I had to call (again) to see if we could check in and 4pm was the response-finally got a code at 3:48\. PM obviously had not updated portal allowing us an early c/I code. House was nice, clean, and layout was what we needed, but overall would not stay here again bc of c/I process and mold. No oven mitts, coffee filters, only 2 dish towels. ##### Lauren M.
