• Parties, Events, Extra, or Unauthorized Guests – Immediate cancellation without refund + $1,000 penalty.

Respect Quiet Hours – Keep noise levels down, especially between [10 PM – 8 AM].

Registered Guests Only – Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.

Safety First – Lock all doors and windows when leaving. Do not tamper with security cameras or smoke detectors.

No Pets Allowed – We do not allow pets in our home.

Service Dogs Welcome – Service dogs are permitted but must never be left alone in the house.

Parking -NO Street Parking or Parking on the Grass – All vehicles must be parked in the driveway only.

Florida’s Sub-Tropical Climate:
• Our home is routinely treated for pests, but please keep all doors & windows closed to prevent critters from entering.
