"Excellent - 5 Star Close to Train Station Loved the accommodation. Very clean and great facilities. Beds comfortable. Enjoyed the coffee machine. This is a great location for the Cinque Terre and Portofino, with a very good train service. Nice to come back each day to see that cleaning had been done. Very good welcome and everything thoroughly explained. Would definitely recommend and use again if we were in the area. Thank you."

"Renata could not have been a better host. She made dinner reservations for us on our first night, drove us to the boat docks to visit Cinque Terre on the second morning and picked up a pizza for us on the second night. What a nice person!Her home was clean and exactly what we saw online. It is in a family neighborhood, not a tourist area. There was a 15 minute walk to and from the train station and we walked it once and took a cab the other time. The cab was 18 euros. If we ever return to La Spezia we would not hesitate to stay at Renata's property again.John"

"I enjoyed my stay here. Don’t be put off by having to check in somewhere else, it’s literally 2 doors over! Felt secure because there were three locked doors to get through. 10-15 walk from the railway station, just off the main shopping street. Lots of eating options minutes from the front door. I had a fridge in my room but there was also a kitchen you could use if you wanted, and an outside patio. Would stay again!"
