I didn't get my room. I booked and paid 267.00 for a two queen with sofa sleeper room. We have 3 kids 11and 9 year old daughters a bed. And a sofa for my 10 year old son and our bed. I booked 4 days in advance paid immediately for it. I get here and they tell me they don't have my room. so they gave me a king with a sofa. Plus they are all out of blankets and pillows for this sofa. My son is on the floor with a sheet and pillow cushions. he fortunately brought his pillow and blanket. My daughters have one sheet we have them and we gave them pillows sleeping on a mattress cover it's awful! But the place is at least very clean! They is a conference here plus the whole town is booked and we are here for a wedding. So we are not as important it appears. It's an uncomfortable night. And the bed is extremely hard

Nice hotel, needs some staffing
The hotel was very clean. My room was missing quite a few things, including 2 towels and bedding for the rollaway. I had to go to the desk 2 seperate times, which was not ideal. However, the room was clean and breakfast was nice. I will stay at this hotel chain again.

Ceiling was leaking. I reported it and they offered another room. I just reported because I thought they needed to know in order to fix before next person. We did not change rooms.

Our first day, we left a tip for housekeeping - well, the took the tip but did not make the bed. I understand that the sheets wouldn't be changed, but the bed was still unmade. I talked to the head of housekeeping and they assured me the person who cleaned our room would be "talked to"...

Checked in at 630pm. Left 4 rooms because of multiple stained carpets, AC heat not functioning, giant paint stains , paint spills in the bathroom, depressing and dingy, black out curtains filthy andgwberal dusty. The room we settle on had: Carpet better but I would later find out Dan I the bathroom doesn't work, giant cockroach found at 5AM. I can see why they have cockroaches. Behind the furniture not vacuumed and underneath cabinet there was found. Carpeting sticky. I don't t have time to work for Expedia or the Holiday Inn.I would like a full refund at this point we are leaving g now and will eat somewhere else . If Expedia does not refund my money I will never use Expedia again despite using it for 20 years The front desk person Inisha did what she could but upgrading to a bigger room doesn't solve the problem that the rooms are dirty. The general manager gave me some IHG points( my suggestion) after saying there was" nothing she could do.* and that Expedia has to handle any refund. I am tired of taking care of you people. I would have been better off sleeping in the car and getting coffee at the gas station. This was a big disappointment and a waste ofy money and time.

Bathroom facuets were not clean, drawers for clothing had sugar, salt, which I cleaned. Light bulb burned out and finally was handed new bulb on day 3 after numerson requests. Breakfast food was good, however there was limited supply of cups, and had to request food staff to set out tongs

Great Staff
Hotel is conveniently located w/ plenty of lighting and self parking. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous; breakfast was very good on both week-end dates served hot and w/ plenty of options. Comfy beds and clean rooms; hotel hall area had a bit of a wet smell - hotel interior general areas may be a bit dated but overall a nice stay.

Staff was awesome thank god because expedia didnt do there part . I booked through expedia and when i arrived at the hotel my booking was no where in there system . Holiday Inn staff was amazing after showing my proof of payment and booking they came through with a room for my stay without me getting charged twice ...i will be booking through IHG in the duture
