Adjacent vibrant Elmington Park with tennis, playgrounds, food trucks and a Greenway ! As a precaution, there's UV germicidal light system in your HVAC. This is the only VRBO on Whitland Avenue, the Whitland Historic Neighborhood is Nashville's best. It's safe, check Crimemapping wherever you decide to stay. This two bdrm has fresh duvets and pressed pillow cases, a Two Room Master Suite, responsive hosts, 100% 5 Star Cleanliness reviews, Free on site parking for two cars. As well as two separate WiFi’s (G-fiber and Comcast). Coffee on the counter. In 3 minutes, West End turns into Broadway. Early check-in/late check-out is rarely an issue. Twin hot water heaters, plenty of towels and lots of little extras in the bathroom closet in case you left something. Updated Historic Nashville at it's best! We bought from the family that built the house in 1920\. This is Old Nashville! Short Term Rental Permit 201527930 ABOUT THE SPACE: There are 2 separate WiFi connections, AT&T and Comcast. The Internet rocks here. Each bedroom has a queen bed with quality linens and fresh pressed pillow case. The bathroom has a big shower head and full size tub. The full kitchen has full size appliances. This is a historic 2 bdrm apartment in the nicest neighborhood in the city. South of West End means no RR tracks. You will be close to everything and next to a park. One of the 2 bedrooms is a two-room master suite with a private living area (which you can share or keep private). Straight shot into downtown without getting on the interstate. Vanderbilt 1 mile away, Belmont 2 miles. Downtown 3 miles. 11 miles from airport. A third of a mile to interstate, if you care to use it. GUEST ACCESS: Guests will have access to the full upstairs apartment (separate everything including mailboxes). Free off street parking for 2 cars (plenty of free parking on street) along with a very chill and covered porch in the photo. Front and side yard. Adjacent to a vibrant 11.4 acre park with playgrounds, free tennis and food trucks most weekends. Minutes from downtown, Green Hills, Belle Meade and Hillsboro Village and Music Row. HOUSE RULES. 1\. No smoking. If you must smoke please do it outside with the door closed so it does not come inside. 2\. No parties 3\. Check-in 3 pm & Check-out noon. This may have some flexibility. 4\. Clean, charming top floor of a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed walking around the block and seeing all the houses decorated for Halloween. Janet and Glenn provided every detail we needed for a comfortable stay. We spent a couple days downtown going to shows and museums, but we were glad to be able to come back and relax. It was a quick drive into Nashville and we found some reasonable places to park so we could walk around Honky Tonk town! Enjoyed our visits to Franklin, TN, Loveless Cafe (the line was longggg over 1-1/2 hour: so don't go there if you are just having pancakes or eggs. The historic house is a duplex, and the unit is upstairs and fully private. Looks just like the photos, very clean, very well appointed. Great location, safe, very nice residential neighbourhood, and everything is within a 10 minute drive or uber ride (Broadway, 12 South, Gulch...etc). Convenient, comfortable, spacious, safe and clean - this place truly has everything you need for a short getaway or an extended stay! The host, Janet, and her husband, Glenn, were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our 2 month stay. Traveling solo with a 2yo isn’t easy but Janet and Glenn went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and that we always had everything we needed. Communication was a breeze and they were always quick to respond to any request we had during our stay. I cannot speak highly enough of them and their professionalism. As for the apt: Excellent location and central to nashville and surrounding areas. Close to an interstate ramp/exit, 5 min from downtown, plenty of grocery stores, dining options, a large shopping mall and is just across the street from a beautiful park and playground which was a huge bonus for my son! The layout allows for room separation which was especially helpful traveling with a 2yo. I was able to set up a separate designated play area and a sleeping/bedroom area to make it feel more like “home” during our 2 month stay. Whether you’re a larger party or a small family - this accommodation will suit your needs! Everything was impeccably clean when we arrived and Janet even added thoughtful extra touches like travel-sized toiletries and Starbucks coffee. Location was great for my course at TN State with easy interstate access and access to local restaurants. Property was clean and beds comfortable. I had no reservations about leaving my parents with my 1 year old at the house. My family enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with the stroller and there were several other people out exercising. It's in a great neighborhood, and the house is very nice. Beds are comfortable, and the upstairs flat has plenty of room and was very clean. Easy check in. Oct 23, 2015 #### Outstanding VRBO in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is the upstairs of the owner’s home, but has its own entrance. It is comfortable, spacious, and well furnished. The location in this neighborhood is excellent and very quiet. It is close to the West End for great restaurants and many activities, but of course not far at all to downtown, either. The owner is very responsive and friendly.
