Its a remarkably renovated 100 yr old home with modern amenities accompanied with historic features. The facilities (bathroom, kitchen, laundry, technology) are all upscale, no shortcuts taken. The grounds snd surrounding area are well manicured. Its a nice short walk (0.5 miles) to doentown Murfreesboro where the Saturday morning market of local foods and crafts is one of our favorite pastimes. What an amazing property. We were so surprised when we entered the home that it was beautifully decorated for Christmas and had fresh poinsettias placed in several rooms. The location is so close to downtown Murfreesboro without being too close. The home has private secured off street parking. We used both the main house and carriage house and it was right sized for our family of 8 adults and 2 under 2. Hot tub worked perfectly. In the kitchen, there isn’t a lot of storage room for your food but there are all the utensils, pots and pans you will need along with spices. From communication to detailed decorating to departure, it is clear that the owners care about their home and your experience.
