The property was great however my grandsons wanted to fish and they got to for 2 days, then weather was too cold. Otherwise, Nashville and Grand ole Opera didn't disappoint. We had the impression that there were 3 bedrooms but there were 2 with pull out couch in the den, which was actually the living room. Great stay.

Family lake vacation
Beautiful property overlooking the lake. Very peaceful vacation! Sunrise can be seen from the large deck. Kitchen is well stocked, large open area perfect for our family. Property was clean and very comfortable. Slight issue with listing accuracy that was addressed quickly by the owner who had several workable solutions. She was incredibly responsive for any questions or needs during our stay. Highly recommend!

Hidden Gem
We are "locals" and my husband stayed here for some R&R time. The pictures don't do it justice. Spacious, clean, quiet. The view is beautiful. Looking forward to booking a stay with the family. The owners were very responsive and kind. They even offered boat rides on the river! You won't be disappointed if you need a place to stay near Music City.

Misleading property description.
There are 16 steep steps leading up to the entrance of this apartment over a garage. There is also a long walk to the lake. Anyone with mobility issues will struggle. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms not 3. A pull out sofa in the living area is being counted as a bedroom. Very dissappointed.

Quiet family retreat
This property had beautiful views of the lake. It was located in a quiet neighborhood. The snow was a nice bonus on this trip. Would not suggest it for anyone with mobility issues.

Excellent Stay!
My husband and I rented this property for our anniversary trip to Nashville. It was peaceful and such a cute place. It is an apartment above a carport. So there are stairs leading to the property. It is detached from a house that you can rent separately. Other people were staying in the house while we were there, and we weren’t disturbed by them at all. Luckily, we read the reviews before booking so we had an idea of the layout of the property. It’s on a beautiful lake. Melissa was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The place was clean and well-stocked with all necessities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Pontoon the cove
5 of us stayed 3 nights and rented the pontoon as well. It was excellent. Should be in good shape to take the stairs up to the unit and down to the boat/lake/fire pit.

Perfect Lake Home
We came to this lake home to celebrate my son's 21 birthday. My wife and I recently relocated to SC and we had not been together as a family for 5 months. This was the perfect escape for us to all be together and enjoy the beautiful lake and property! The owners and managers are out of this world! They truly care about your experience and are there if you need anything. I truly believe we have found our new annual tradition, coming here together to enjoy each other and the beautiful property and surrounding area. Thank you for everything team. You were amazing.

Vacation getaway
This was a wonderful property for our annual getaway amongst college friends. Close to downtown and the airport but far enough away to relax on the lake. The amenities were plentiful, with all the room we needed indoors. Melissa was very responsive to all our needs. Highly recommend this property!

Our stay was quite enjoyable! We were here for a softball tournament but still found time to relax due to the lovely property. We found this to be one of the best VRBO places we have stayed at as it had many of the "local comforts" for the kitchen; spices, paper plates, paper towels, saran wrap, aluminum foil, etc. Many places we have stayed do not include those. items. Michelle was very easy and willing to help with anything that cropped up during our stay. Highly recommend this location!!!

Great escape
The property is beautiful. In a quiet area on the lake. Was nice to get out of the hussle and bussle of downtown Nashville for the night and relax. Only 20 minutes from airport and about 25 from downtown.

Beautiful Cove and Lake
This property was good for our group. I gave 3 stars for accuracy because the property is listed as 3 bedrooms/2 baths...however, in reading the details, the '3rd' bedroom is actually a pull-out sofa in the main room. We were able to adjust, but if your group needs 3 'real' bedrooms....book the adjoining property!! The living area is large and was great for our family to gather (we rented this property and the adjoining property), The deck is awesome! NOTE: this is an apartment built over an existing garage....must take steps to enter the unit! Overall a good property to rent....lake is awesome and cove is peaceful. I recommend renting the pontoon boat, kayaks and paddle boards!

Simply put, this stay was amazing. It was our first time in Nashville and Melissa made the whole process so easy. The house is beautiful. Great view, clean, comfortable, and had many accommodations that most people don’t think about. Couldn’t ask for more. We would 100% recommend this to anyone!

Very pleased with our stay and the communication with the property manager. Everything was clean and the property is in a quiet neighborhood. I was a little surprised it was an above garage apartment, but that didn’t seem to affect our stay. We spent most of our time driving into Nashville and it was a little chilly, so we didn’t get to enjoy much patio or water time, but this is definitely somewhere I’d return to for a little R&R!

Close to Nashville
If you want the perfect place...off the beaten path, but close enough to Nashville to enjoy all of the fun - stay here. The water is beautiful. I made a cup of coffee and sat out on the deck every morning. Every kind of bird you can imagine. The sites of Nashville are a mere 30 minute drive. The rooms are comfy and roomy - and the hosts could not be any more helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place!!

The Rainy Weekend
Even in the rain, and it being too cold to have fun outside we enjoyed this property immensely. Very relaxing, and Melissa was very accommodating. My friends and I can't wait to come back during the nicer weather, and get a whole new appreciation for it!

Family Gathering
This property is very well designed for a small family gathering. We needed a nice place between Memphis and Tri-cities to meet for a weekend and this location was perfect. We enjoyed the lake view while having the ability to cook and play games together in an open, comfortable space. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms had plenty of linens and blankets on this cold weekend. Although we didn’t need additional entertainment, it was good to know that Nashville was so close and there were several restaurants close by. Melissa was quick to respond and be responsive to our needs. Thanks so much for everything!

Great House for a Girl’s Trip!
The house was perfect! There is only two bedrooms so I am not sure it would be big enough for 8 people but it was perfect for 5! The view is beautiful and the deck is awesome!! The drive to downtown was about 30 minutes. The kitchen had everything you need to cook!

We loved it!
This rental was perfect for my brother’s wedding weekend for my whole family! Perfect location, clean, great communication, plenty of room for us all, and had everything we needed! They were super understanding of me bringing my dog when our dog sitter backed out last minute so we were so thankful! If you have trouble getting up stairs this isn’t the place for you due to the entrance being up a set of stairs but this was no issue for our family!

Not full disclosure of the property
If we knew there were 16 outside steps to get to house...we never would have rented...I have a dog...am 74 yrs old..and I fell down..dog was scared and ran..we found her..My right side was bruised from thigh to waist..shoulder and arm swollen and bruised...We left the nest morning..Only stayed 4 nights. Also no TV netflix only. I just think there should be full disclosure on property. We haved used VRBO for years and until now always satisfied.

Great view however….
Definitely needs faster WiFi! There is no way to watch tv unless you have a streaming service and the WiFi is to slow to maintain it without freezing. For what it costed We expected better. Charged $$$ for cleaning and service fee for what ? We had to remove the sheets and leave the bedding in the rooms . So it’s obvious the bedding didn’t get washed between stays. During COVID that’s not acceptable. should not be listed as 3 bedrooms since it’s a pullout sofa in the living room.

Sorry you had a bad experience. We always change linens and thoroughly clean after each stay. Also we have 1gig internet so not sure what the issue was. I wish we would have known of any issues during your stay. We will always address any issues immediately.

A brief getaway on the lake
First, my only complaint, I do believe, in the description of the property it should state the amount of stairs not only to the rental but also to access the lake. My husband and I had no problem. But my elderly mother - she SLOWLY was able to climb the stairs to the door of the unit, but no way would she be able to get to the dock on the lake. Much to steep. Of course the porch was a wonderful quiet place to relax and enjoy watching boaters and fish jump. We also enjoyed talking to Chip and access to his pontoon boat was wonderful. We enjoyed our afternoons on the boat and cruising around the lake.

OUTSTANDING and Convenient Lake Rental
Renting this property was so easy and no stress involved at all! Great communication with management and the rental was absolutely incredible! The view is amazing and the rental itself is very clean! The three kids ranging between 7-13 were entertained the entire time. They have games for the family and the lake was the most entertaining part. It’s also located conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants. To sum things up…. You can’t go wrong here!

Absolutely charming
Great property, great location, great owners. It was perfect for our family of 4. Second bedroom has 2 queens which worked great for our 2 boys (24 & 17). Great proximity to Nashville sights and my guys got LOTS of fishing in. The owner was kind enough to allow us to use a slip in his covered boat dock for our fishing boat, which made it very convenient for the guys to fish anytime. They caught largemouth and small mouth bass, flatheads, skip jack, channel cat, blue cat, bluegill, and drum. Awesome week.

Myself, my wife, and college-age daughter had a great time. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. Melissa makes it work wonderfully. They have 3 houses next to Chip who is awesome. He is very helpful and friendly. What is most important is he respects your “space”. He is there if you need help and rents the pontoon boat. You should rent the boat at least one day of your visit. He gives you a ten minute tutorial and short tour of what to expect on the lake. Very kind and personable. We will be back due to the wonderful house, spectacular view from the deck and the awesome people who run these rentals. Thank you for a wonderful start to our Tennessee vacation.

Beautiful home and peaceful property. Very welcoming. Accommodated every thing we needed. Very clean home and stocked with more then we thought. For the time we stayed there the price was extremely reasonable! Best rental home we have been to, would definitely recommend to anyone. You should also look into renting the pontoon, had an amazing experience visiting the cove! Memories were for sure made!
