This property is not of the same quality as the Graduate hotel we have stayed at in Knoxville. We were pleased that upon arrival early, we were able to be given a room before normal check in time. We were unable to use the rooftop bar as they were having a private event. Our room was not as clean as expected. There was a clothing item still hanging on a lampshade. The Duat ruffle around the mattress had stains all over it. We were finally able to go to the rooftop bar around 9 o’clock the night we were there. We ordered two glasses of red blend wine. The bartender had to go ask someone what the red blend was. Valet parking is $55 per day and Valet parking is your only option. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends. There are many other options to stay in Nashville.

The property is adorable and everyone working the front desk /doors was so friendly! We had a blast each night at the critters speakeasy having karaoke in the hotel after coming in from an evening out is an incredible touch. Only disappointments were we were unable to use the roof pool as outside people are able to make reservations and it was completely booked. Our room also had a very musty smell to it and the first night/day housekeeping slipped our room.

Needs to improve breakfast and dinning services! Room services never put water in the room, I need to be asking front desk. The restaurant on the rooftop is not accessible to hotel guests.

We stayed at the Graduate for the first time during our daughter’s graduation weekend. I can’t wait to come back to this beautiful hotel. So sorry I did not stay here sooner! The staff are incredible and friendly and do their best to accommodate your needs.

The elevator is nuts! The inconsistency with entry to the rooftop bar was also annoying. Sometimes you needed your license , sometimes not.

The staff here, from the valet {Omari} to the front desk, to the housekeeping were our favorite part! They were all so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The hotel in itself is literally the perfect “girl’s trip” hotel with its country chic meets shabby chic decor/ vibes. Loved our stay.

Wouldn’t go back. Nothing was terrible however, we didn’t get the room we reserved, only one elevator was working so long waits to go up and down and it was very crowded so long waits for a coffee or valet.

Check in was at 4 pm, we were there ready to check in but our room was not ready until 430 pm. We had plans and this ran us behind all evening. I called 2 hours before check in and was told that valet parking was $55 but when we arrived it was $65. The bar tender at the white limousine outside was very rude.

Nice property, very clean and we has a great sized room. However, be prepared to pay up to $100 in parking and fees that are charged upon arrival.

This hotel is clean and kind of cute but really you can’t walk anywhere. That’s a selling point of this hotel and it’s false. Also there is not a single luxury, bathrooms are bare, they give you one towel. Bed was alright. Honestly Dury Inn is nicer and offers more. Graduate Nashville is all hype, not worth the price, not even close.

My daughter and I came 4.5 hours to Nashville for a Vanderbilt appointment. When we checked in the front staff was not the most informative about the hotel. The website states free water and one free drink, $50 incidentals. No drink or water was given or in our room. My account was debited $99. I feel that is a little extreme, especially when we had traveled so far and I was attempting to make this trip fun. I wasn't prepared for $99.

As in every graduate I’ve stayed at they do an amazing job with the decor. Nashville’s graduate didn’t disappoint- I felt like we got the true flavor of the city every time we stepped in the door. It’s location was perfect for Vanderbilt and Broad Street.

Very cute hotel. The decor is unique and very fitting for something fun in Nashville. The staff came off pretty cold and at times a little standoffish. I've traveled to Nashville many times and I was disappointed with that. The hotel is pretty loud and seems to draw a pretty big party crowd. It may not be the best hotel if you're traveling with children.
