A half-mile stretch along 12th Avenue South called the 12South neighborhood with a vintage clothing store on one end, a gourmet restaurant on the other, and many unique Nashville businesses in between. One of the most walkable neighborhoods in Nashville, 12South is a shopping and dining destination full of restaurants, coffee houses, bakeries, bars, and boutiques featuring local designers and makers. We also have a Park and Community center at the end of street with in season local farmers market music and vendors.

We are a boutique Guest House in the heart of 12 south. We provide complementary local coffee in every suite. Our location is in one of the best neighborhoods in Nashville. Great standard amenities, including, iron and ironing boards, hairdryers , Plush Linens bath products and in unit washer dryer . Come enjoy our place.

This is a multifamily complex whose ownership controls the amenities/common areas and exterior/shared interior spaces.

We would absolutely recommend this place to friends coming to Nashville! The 12 South neighborhood is close enough to downtown that we could Uber back and forth cheaply. If you don't want to go downtown, there are terrific restaurants within a couple of blocks of the condo. Parking was included and super easy so we were able to hop on the interstate and see Franklin, TN as well. My husband got sick on our trip and I still had a delightful time walking around the local neighborhood. The condo was big enough that I could hang out in the other room and not disturb him when he was resting. The reasons for my 3 stars were that there were a LOT of stairs (something like 34) to get up to our condo. Being so high up definitely helped burn a few calories from all of the great food we ate, and they also probably contributed to the quiet in the condo, so a plus/minus feature. The other reason was that there were six different condos in our stairwell and each probably has a different paint scheme, so the pics online won't necessarily match the actual apartment that you get. All in all, a wonderful stay!

#### A Week in Nash!
Great location, safe & clean (for the most part). AC worked great, bed was comfy. We loved being close to shops, restaurants & coffee. Perfect size for two people. We Loved this place and would stay again but wanted to offer transparency. Bathroom needs attention- we were given half a toilet paper roll & had to go buy more during our stay. The shower curtain rod was also rusted and the shower curtain was yellowing. The fan in the bathroom was collected with dust as well as hair on the bathroom floor upon arrival. We also had quite the hike up to our room with a lot of stairs that weren’t disclosed. Luckily it wasn’t an issue for us but would’ve been nice to know if booking with someone disabled or kids!
