Had we known that there were three sets of steps 18 each. There was an elevator that locked so we couldn’t use it. Two broken coffee pots two cabinets that did not have doors.. All the towels were threadbare. No water pressure in one of the bathrooms . We feel we should’ve been warned about the steps and the lack of elevator use. There were no extra blankets to use when we were cold. It was extremely difficult to lift our suitcases up 18 steps and then two more sets of 18 to the bedrooms. There was a broken coffee table that was rickety and also a bench that had one leg gone.. It was a nice place but had lots of issues. ##### Regina O.
