Thoughtful house in great location!
While the property is older and has all the quirks that come with that, the owners of Hart House thought of everything to make their guests comfortable while in Nashville! Super cute, well stocked house for our yearly friends’ vacation.

Wouldn’t stay again
House was located in questionable neighborhood. Wouldn’t stay again. Floors and bathrooms were dirty upon arrival. Trash and recycling cans were in terrible location. Had to cross yard covered in dog poop to get to cans. No instructions in house regarding trash, heater, etc. only plus was paper products provided

Nice place
Very nice place. 2 bathrooms was great. It took a few tries to find the trash cans (go through the back yard and thought the gate). Overall good place.

Cute house in a great neighborhood
We really enjoyed the house and would stay again. There are some little things that should be addressed however. The rental is advertised as pet friendly and it certainly is. It is also not very clean. Someone with allergies (even if not bringing a pet) should proceed with caution. The house was well laid out and the space utilization was wonderful. It was an older house, though and several VERY sofy spots in the flooring. The plumbing also backed up in the shower after one use. We could never get the WiFi or TV's to work - in fairness it was very rainy the first day and a half. Overall, it was a great little house and provided everything we needed for our vacation.

Perfect for what we needed
We came in town for business and the location was perfect. The home was larger than expected. I do wish the kitchen came more equipped for cooking purposes and I also wish cleaning supplies were available. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay in Nashville
Firstly, this house is in a great location. It is close enough to walk to a happening area of East Nashville with restaurants, bars, and other entertainment. It is also a very short drive to Broadway, Vanderbilt, Belmont and all areas downtown Nashville. The house itself did not feel as congested as other areas of Nashville tucked in a quiet neighborhood with a large backyard and very pleasant outdoor seating area. Highly recommend this property!

Great Neighborhood for Dogs
We worked from Nashville for the week prior to a wedding. We needed a place to stay with our dog. This house was ideal. The neighborhood is very dog friendly and Shelby Dog Park is less 2 miles from the house. The location is in trendy East Nashville near several great restaurants. We had dinner at The Pharmacy and Edley’s BBQ. The location is a short drive to downtown Nashville. The house was very clean. All basics were available in the house for a week’s stay. We had some challenges with adjusting the thermostat the last couple days there. Having instructions would have helped. The TVs are equipped with Roku - good for streaming services not great for live TV.

Great little house in very convenient location. Yard needed to be mowed and there was dog poop from previous guests and the large back gate to the alley was off its hedges, broken, and not secure. I had to prop it up with the trash cans that were completely over flowing with trash, also from the previous guests and the was a lot of trash on the ground. All good though. would have been nice to have coffee, tea, and bottled water for guests to use. I own two VRBO homes and I always provide these items. Just a good extra touch that is very much appreciated. Place was great though, it worked well for us.

Cute House and Neighborhood
Very nice house. Quiet little neighborhood in East Nashville. Took us about 10 minutes to be downtown. House was very clean and well equipped. Everything was in good working order. The family was impressed with the decor style. We would definitely stay here again.
