Beautiful Farm Retreat - Fun For Family & Friends
Enjoy Historic Franklin, Tn like nobody else when you stay at one of our fantastic country bungalows. We are located directly next to The Factory which has a number of great eateries and shops. Our location is also located very close to downtown Historic Franklin which is considered one of the best hidden gems in the country.
This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home is one level to accommodate all types of groups. It features a beautiful landscape for leisure and fun with friends and family. It has 4 ultra-comfy beds throughout ranging from a large king all the way to a couple of cozy twins and more. The open floor plan kitchen and living area is great for entertaining and socializing while the modern luxury, fully stocked kitchen will suit even the most experienced chef.
You will have access to the entire home. We will send you the access code by website messenger with the entry instructions. The host is available 24hrs if you have any questions or inquiries. Thanks!
- We are within walking distance to Historic Franklin
- Directly next to Harlinsdale Farm (The Park at Harlinsdale is a 200-acre park that has been called the most significant historic farm associated with the modern Tennessee Walking Horse industry.)
- The City of Franklin Parks Department maintains several river access points for those who enjoy canoeing/kayaking, fishing or swimming on the beautiful Harpeth River. Those access points are listed below. (See map at bottom of page)

Cute property
The property was very cute with multiple units but this one was not maintained well. Lots of scratches on walls, coffee pot did not work, then TV's did not work second night because old cable box was out. Management did not seemed concerned and was not very responsive. Thankfully the heater worked great.
